EPA limited the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act, undermining efforts to reduce climate-warming pollution from coal and gas-fired power plants. Today’s ruling creates a devastating impact on frontline communities disproportionately affected by the climate crisis.
