Plastic Free Campuses

SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT

Break Free From Plastic is engaging campuses and schools worldwide to work towards a plastic-free future. We have the tools to move away from single-use plastics, assist in implementing alternative systems on campuses around the world, and have a lot of fun while doing it! Whether you’re a student, educator, school administrator, parent, alumni, or ally, use this toolkit to help get the word out about #PlasticFreeCampuses.

Note: Accessibility and affordability should be at the forefront of all efforts towards restricting single-use disposable plastic and pre-packaged plastic wrapped retail items. All-out bans can be exclusive and harmful — we do not support bans without adequate accommodations and exceptions. To ensure that these needs are considered, a diversity of groups representing different abilities, socio-economic backgrounds, and lived experiences should be intentionally included at the decision-making table.
